The Breakwater Bar and Grill is the Club restaurant. Offering a modern dining experience, we focus on providing a variety of premium steaks and seafood in a warm casual sea side setting. Regular food and beverage promotions and Member’s incentives to use our restaurant are valued services.

Heading up the kitchen team, is our Executive Chef, Kol Gemmell. Kol has twenty years experience in Melbourne’s largest event venues, well known restaurants and is a true connoisseur of cuisine. He brings a sense of excitement and quality to the menus found in all our food and beverage outlets.

A combination of Kol’s exposure to a myriad of world cuisines and the considerable time he has taken in designing the new menus has resulted in dishes that will tantalise and impress you. The new Breakwater Bar and Grill menu will have a strong seafood influence and will offer a number of price points which will satisfy all budgets!
