Admission Process

  • Submit an Application Form
  • Attend a New Members Selection night
  • Pay the applicable SYC Membership subscription invoice
  • Collect your membership items!

Once you have submitted your application form along with the applicable nomination fee, you will receive a confirmation of application letter and you will be invited to attend a New Members Selection night.  [your Proposer and Seconder will also be notified to attend the night with you].

New Member Selection nights are held monthly.  [held the Monday evening prior to the fourth Tuesday of the month].

The following evening [Tuesday] all proposed new Members are set before General Committee for endorsement for SYC membership.  Once your application has been endorsed, confirmation of SYC Membership will be forwarded to you along with your SYC Membership subscription invoice.

Upon payment of your subscription, you will then be issued with your membership items including your electronic clubkey for SYC access.
